MD of Houston Travel Marketing ServicesDerek Houston, said the following:

“I definitely believe that inter-regional travel within Africa will be one of the first markets to bounce back. There is a huge untapped market in Africa for South Africa. There are three market segments to target: business travellers; shopping trips by citizens of African countries; and, last but not least, the expat communities in each country.

Kenya, in particular, has a huge expat population. I am planning Spotlight workshops in key African markets later in the year and early 2021, visiting Windhoek, Gaborone, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam and Lusaka.”
