At Spotlight, Namibian travel agents & tour operators can network with 30 exhibitors representing hotel groups, airlines, tour operators, tourist offices, and safari lodges.
The exhibitors will be promoting Namibia, Botswana, Mauritius, Zanzibar, East Africa, Europe and South Africa (KwaZulu Natal, Durban, Cape Town & other cities).
The main objectives of Spotlight TravelExpo Windhoek
- To promote outbound travel from Namibia to African and overseas destinations.
- To promote domestic tourism in Namibia and regional tourism in Southern Africa
Attendance is restricted to bona-fide trade BUYERS (inbound tour operators, & travel agencies)

- Managers and staff of inbound and regional tour operators/DMCs
- Managers and staff of IATA/Non-IATA travel agencies
Complimentary attendance for pre-registered buyers
Sellers (hotels/resorts/lodges/airlines/other industry suppliers) can only attend as exhibitors (cost USD750/ZAR14,200) – click here for more information.
Unregistered/unbooked suppliers will not be allowed access to the event as buyers.
