There will be two separate sessions – you can choose to attend either on

Wednesday, 02 September at Hyatt Regency Westlands Nairobi from 09h00 – 16h30
OR
Thursday, 03 September at Hyatt Regency Westlands Nairobi – from 09h00 – 16h30

You can register to attend either on the 02 September session OR on 03 September session (not both!).
The same exhibitors will participate at both sessions.

Travel agents and tour operators can register free of charge before Sunday, 31 August.

Complimentary Buyer Admission closes on Sunday 31 August at 18h00. Buyers registering from Monday, 01 September will be charged a fee of
KSH2,500/USD20 payable in cash or MPESA at registration.

Suppliers (Kenyan hotels, lodges and tourism services) wanting to attend as visitors will be charged a fee of KSH20,000 / USD150 per person per day – payable in cash or MPESA at registration
